Acquisition of high-level scientific and technical skills and knowledge in Chemistry, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Management and Engineering Careers.

    - Innovation project: to imagine and design a process, product or notion for the futur
    - Design project: to design a system or device for industry from A – Z
    - Personal project: to create and carry out a personal project
     
  • A wide field of expertise:
    - Processes for Energy and the Environment (renewable and sustainable energies, management and valorisation of natural resources, air pollution control, clean water and soil sanitization, recuperation and recycling of greenhouse gases).
    - Innovative Products  (cosmetics, perfumes, bio-sourced materials, material for energy-fuel cells, pharmaceutics  (controlled-release medication, membranes)
    - Biotechnologies (latest generation of bio fuels, biopolymers, chemistry and vegetal processes, medication via biotechnology, agribusiness).
     
  • Being aware of and studying the civil and ethical dimensions of being an engineer in order to meet the expectations of society and industry.
     
  • Acquiring  a strong notion of international culture and a carrying out a mandatory industrial placement of at least one semester abroad in a professional environment (industrial or research placement) or in an academic environment (double degree or exchange: about 50 academic partners).
     
  • Establishing a close partnership with industry: professionals from industry take part in classes, conferences, projects and seminars. These interventions are possible due to the commitment of our industrial tutors as part of the professional training provided by ENSIC (3 industrial placements).
     
  • Acquiring skills through research:
    - Research Projects of at least 2 months, realized in an academic research laboratory (in France or abroad).
    Both laboratories at ENSIC (including one industrial Chair of Chemical Engineering of Complex Environment) are hosts to numerous PhD students and enjoy international recognition.
     
  • The possibility of completing the third year as an apprentice with a company, whilst being under contract with them.
     
  • The possibility of doing a double degree in France :
